Every Longhand planner is rendered to order for one person. If your PDF arrives broken, garbled, or not the planner you approved on screen, we fix it and send it again free of charge. No forms, no fuss.

To ask, write to hello@larrikinsupply.com.au with the email address you used and what looks wrong. A person reads it, re-renders your planner, and sends the corrected file.

The Builder’s preview is rendered by the same code that makes your PDF, so the pages you approve are the pages you get. When something still slips through, that’s ours to fix, not yours to live with.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the consumer law where you live. Where those laws grant guarantees that cannot be excluded, they apply in full.
